MaestroAI LLC ("MaestroAI", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the MaestroAI service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email, display name, optional avatar.
  • Authentication data — login credentials, OAuth identifiers from Google when used.
  • Usage data — counts of songs mastered, plan tier, credit balance.
  • Support messages — content of any messages you send to us.
  • Technical data — IP address, device, browser, basic telemetry.

Audio files you upload are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers as part of the mastering workflow.

3. How we use data

  • To create and operate your account.
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To enforce plan limits, credits, and entitlements.
  • For customer support and important transactional communications.
  • For security, fraud prevention, and to comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases include performance of the contract with you, legitimate interests (e.g. service security and improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share personal data with:

  • Stripe — our payment processor, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) — authentication, database, and storage hosting.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, for authentication.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Backups and certain records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be kept for longer.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channels on this site.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
