1. About us

MaestroAI is operated by MaestroAI LLC ("MaestroAI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using MaestroAI (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, uploading audio, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and have the authority and legal capacity to do so.

3. The Service

MaestroAI provides browser-based AI mastering and stem separation tools for audio files. Processing happens locally in your browser unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Upload audio you do not own or have permission to process.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe the Service.
• Attempt to interfere with security, integrity, or availability.

You are solely responsible for the audio you process through the Service and for verifying that you have the necessary rights. We may remove content, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or rights of third parties, including repeat infringers.

5. Account and credentials

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual property

MaestroAI and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by MaestroAI LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your plan. You retain ownership of audio you upload and of the mastered outputs you create.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe processes all our orders and, where applicable, acts as the merchant of record — handling tax calculation and compliance, receipts, disputes, and transaction-level support. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
